What You Will Do

- Provide safe, compassionate and resident-centred nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope of practice.
- Complete resident assessments, monitor changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
- Participate in developing, implementing and evaluating individualized care plans.
- Provide wound care and other nursing treatments within your competence and site procedures.
- Document care accurately using PointClickCare, eMAR and other applicable systems.
- Provide appropriate direction and support to Health Care Assistants/Resident Care Aides.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Support infection prevention, medication safety, falls prevention and resident dignity.
- Complete thorough shift handovers and incident documentation.





What You Bring

- Current practising LPN registration with BCCNM, in good standing.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to a full time rotation.
- Long-term care, complex care or seniors’ care experience preferred.
- Experience with PointClickCare, eMAR, dementia care, interRAI LTCF or wound care is an asset.

Schedule

This position is for a dedicated full-time line with an established rotation. Shift times, rotation and start date will be discussed during recruitment.

Selected candidates must provide professional references, confirmation of BCCNM registration, current CPR/BLS certification, and TB screening and immunization documentation required by the care community.

Applicants must be able to reliably commute to the assigned work location in the Surrey/White Rock area.
