We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our amazing dental practice for Saturdays. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a friendly and professional environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and knowledge of Dentrix. This position is perfect for a licensed RDH looking to contribute to a team-focused practice while working primarily on Saturdays. Our practice is closed all long weekends.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, and polishing procedures to maintain optimal oral health of patients.
- Assist in patient education regarding oral hygiene practices and treatment plans.
- Take dental radiographs as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient treatments using Dentrix
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns professionally and compassionately.
- Manage patient flow efficiently to ensure timely appointments while maintaining quality care standards.
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Alberta
- Experience with Dentrix
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and patient care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team on Saturdays.
Pay: $58.00-$72.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7.5 per week
