Role: Concrete Truck Driver (Ready-Mix Driver)

The Concrete Truck Driver plays a key role in transporting the materials needed for us to build the products our clients rely on every day. From timely delivery to organized schedules, this role contributes directly to the quality and reliability of every piece that leaves our plant.

This is a vital role within our team, supporting concrete pickup, transportation and delivery to ensure that we operate on time, safely, and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Protected and efficient operation of a ready-mix concrete truck to transport concrete to production sites
- Conduct vehicle inspections and complete required documentation as needed
- Operate truck mounted controls to safely discharge concrete at delivery locations
- Verify delivery and quantities before and after deliveries
- Monitor concrete consistency and report concerns to plant personnel
- Ensure loaded concrete is delivered within specified timeframes to maintain product quality

Working Conditions

- Physical labor including lifting, bending, standing, and sitting for extended periods
- Exposure to dust,



noise, concrete materials, and weather / road conditions
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions (wind, snow, rain, heat)

Quality & Safety

- Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures at all times
- Identify and report hazards, quality issues, or equipment concerns
- Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain clean and organized work areas

Team Collaboration

- Work collaboratively with supervisors, leads, and team members to meet production timelines and maintain the quality standards 3D Erectors is known for
- Communicate regarding delivery schedules and site conditions
- Perform other related duties as required to support operational needs

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience in construction, ready-mix concrete, truck driving or related field preferred
- Valid Class 3 driver’s license with an air brake endorsement, or willingness to obtain
- Robust work ethic and commitment to safety
- WHMIS
- Knowledge of transportation safety regulations and a clean driving record
- Willingness to work in variable weather conditions

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
