What You’ll Do:

· Maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components

· Perform routine preventative maintenance

· Troubleshoot and solve complex issues in the field

· Deliver outstanding customer service

· Complete accurate paperwork and documentation

· Participate in after-hours service rotation





Requirements:

· Valid driver's license with clean abstract

· Strong technical and problem-solving skills

· Journeyman certification (preferred)

· Experience with ServiceTitan (an asset)

· Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

What We Offer:

· $5,000 signing bonus for the right candidate

· $40 – 50 per/hour starting wage (based on experience)

Schedule:

· Full-time, permanent

· Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts with potential overtime

· Rotating on-call as needed

Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour
