What are your contributions to the team? :

- Liaise with organizational learning business partners to assess training requests and prioritize them to meet required deadlines.
- Create training schedules, confirm duration, book class rooms and optimize capacity.
- Handle data entry to assign skills and certifications to employees who have completed training.
- Update the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support special projects such as process improvement,



the French language program, the new LMS implementation (e.g., Power BI integration), and ad hoc requests.
- Update Excel file databases.
- Tasks may evolve based on the intern’s learning curve.

How to thrive in this role? :

- You are currently completing a Bachelor's degree in Administration or Human Resources.
- If you are in a Bachelor's program, you have completed a minimum of two study terms in this program.
- You have strong communication skills in both spoken and written French and English.
- You have good organizational and planning skills.
- You possess solid computer skills (Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is an asset).
- You demonstrate good judgment and work well in a multidisciplinary team.
