Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality care and assistance to an individuals in her home setting. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in this lady's life through attentive and personalized support.

Duties

- Assist client with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide medication administration as prescribed and monitor health status
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and maintaining a secure environment.
- Engage client in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
- Support with errands and transportation as needed for appointments or outings

Skills

- Experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments preferred
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on senior and disability support
- Knowledge of dementia care, hospice care,



and working with people with disabilities
- Ability to perform caregiving duties including medication administration and meal preparation
- Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills
- Basic cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic environment
- Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and care plans

Must obtain a clear Vulnerable Sector Check.

Five (5) minute walk from De La Savane Metro Station

Position to take place on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 to 17:00 / 18:00.
