Koffie is on the lookout for a Lead Barista - Coffee Program Manager to manage the coffee program for our downtown location.

If you are:

- Experienced in high volume, consistent quality espresso drinks
- Able to produce latte art
- Adept at calibrating espresso machines and grinders
- Able to work under pressure
- Have solid customer service and organizational skills
- Willing to share your experience and able to lead a small team

Responsibilities

- Consistently prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items in accordance with established standards.
- Manage inventory for all aspects of the coffee program
- Training and scheduling staff and ensuring consistency among all baristas
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Work Location: In person
