The Maintenance Worker performs routine maintenance and repairs for the Hotel property. He/she is responsible for insuring that the rooms and property are maintained in the best possible condition with the least possible inconvenience to guests.

QUALIFICATIONS :

- One year experience in a related field or technical school.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends as required.
- Demonstrated ability to handle problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems.
- HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance trades work
- Demonstrated customer service skills and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Excellent verbal communication skills (additional spoken languages an asset)

Salary :



$22.00-$26.85 per hour
