Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining quality standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout service
- Assist in food preparation when necessary and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently
- Address guest inquiries professionally, providing excellent guest services and support
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health regulations

Skills

- Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor




- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently
- Basic math skills for billing, splitting checks, and cash handling
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for those eager to learn
- Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and upselling opportunities
