Responsibilities : Greet guests upon arrival and provide outstanding customer service Manage the flow of guests through the restaurant, ensuring optimal occupancy and service Work well with a team of hosts/greeters to provide excellent service to guests Coordinate with the host staff to ensure timely seating of guests Maintain accurate records of guest counts, waiting lists, and reservations Take reservations over the phone and enter them into our system Communicate effectively with other restaurant staff to ensure the smooth running of service Other duties as assigned by management Working knowledge of Open Table and/or SevenRooms is an asset.
