Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, including cashiering duties
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently maintained in accordance with health regulations
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities and enhance guest experience
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple tables effectively during busy periods
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, tables, and dining spaces

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, with knowledge of the food industry standards
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing




- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation and cash handling
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen support is a plus
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with kitchen staff and interacting with guests
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
