Overview

Duties

- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, assembling, and cooking ingredients
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene protocols and storage procedures
- Serve customers efficiently, taking orders accurately and delivering prompt service
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment
- Ensure all food handling complies with health regulations and safety guidelines
- Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure availability of ingredients and utensils

Skills

- Experience in food service, including serving or food handling roles
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen workflows




- Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
