Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an Indian restaurant :

- Fluent in English and Hindi :

- Valid Smart Serve Certificate (mandatory)

- POS system operation experience is mandatory :

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly

- Operate POS systems for order entry, billing, and payment processing (mandatory) :

- Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, bar area, and service stations

- Perform opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties :

- Ensure all restaurant hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards are followed :

- Clean tables, chairs, menus, counters, and customer service areas regularly

- Assist with restocking supplies, beverages, and service items





- Follow Smart Serve regulations and responsible alcohol service practices

- Work efficiently with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations

- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of Indian restaurant serving experience
- Strong knowledge of customer service and hospitality
- Experience using POS systems is required
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and time-management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
