Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and maintaining the cash register.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management as necessary.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques, food safety practices, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in bartending or a related role within the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.




- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures is essential.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Experience :

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
