*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropodist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating foot and lower limb conditions, providing exceptional patient care, and contributing to the overall health and well-being of our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, pain management techniques, and the ability to work effectively in both medical office settings and home care environments. *Duties* - Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' foot health and mobility. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. - Perform various chiropody procedures, including nail care, callus removal, and wound management. - Administer medications as required and monitor patient responses. - Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. - Educate patients on foot care practices, preventive measures, and self-management strategies.



- Engage in data collection and research activities to support ongoing quality improvement initiatives. *Requirements* - Valid chiropody license or certification in the relevant jurisdiction. - Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to podiatry. - Experience in pain management techniques is preferred. - Familiarity with electronic health record systems (Epic, Cerner) is an asset. - Background in pediatrics or experience working with children is a plus. - Ability to work effectively in both home care settings and medical office environments. - Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
