- Assist sales representatives with structuring and managing subprime finance deals.




- Work directly with lenders to secure approvals for customers with challenged credit.
- Review credit applications, income verification, and supporting documentation.
- Find solutions to help get difficult deals approved.
- Manage and develop your own finance deals and customer opportunities.
- Follow up with lenders on approvals, outstanding documents, and funding.
- Work closely with the sales team and finance department to maximize approvals and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate paperwork and follow all applicable lending and dealership requirements.
- Build strong relationships with lenders and team members.
- Take ownership of your own production while helping the overall team succeed.
- Automotive finance or dealership sales experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of subprime lending and automotive finance is an asset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter with a robust work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.
