About the Opportunity

We are looking for a full-time Associate Dentist to join our new dental practice in Red Lake, Ontario.

This is a unique opportunity to become the only full-time resident dentist in Red Lake, serving a community with significant demand for dental care and limited access to local dental services.

Red Lake has a population of approximately 4,100 and serves as a regional hub for surrounding communities and neighbouring First Nations, representing a broader potential service area of approximately 10,000 residents.

Our practice is backed by an experienced ownership and management team with a successful track record of operating and growing dental practices throughout Northwestern Ontario.

With limited local competition and strong potential patient demand, this position offers an excellent opportunity to build a busy, productive practice while making a meaningful difference in an underserved community.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including examinations, restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, endodontics,



extractions, and preventive care
- Diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred dental care
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure an excellent patient experience
- Establish lasting relationships with patients and the surrounding community

Qualifications

- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- Licensed or eligible for registration with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
- Robust clinical and communication skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome to apply
