Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, enhancing customer engagement
- Manage merchandising displays and ensure product placement aligns with company standards
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive shopping experience
- Maintain organized sales areas and ensure inventory levels are adequate for daily operations




- Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers about product features and promotions
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Demonstrate professionalism through phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-ups

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer demographics
- Strong communication skills with the ability to perform product demos confidently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising and stock levels
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Knowledge of retail tools such as POS systems, merchandising techniques, and cashiering procedures is advantageous
- Strong time management skills coupled with good phone etiquette for effective customer interactions

This position is paid and offers an engaging environment for individuals eager to grow their sales expertise while delivering outstanding customer service.

Pay: $35,200.00-$125,500.00 per year
