Our client is a manufacturing facility for decorative walls and ceilings. They are looking for 2 Toolers to join their team temp to perm. The work environment is VERY DUSTY.
What You Will Be Doing, as a Tooler:
- Tend or operate equipment to prepare items for application of protective or decorative coatings
- measure, cut and pack wood, cement and fibre glass products
- Prepare and apply stencils, decals or other decorative items on finished products
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints/sketches/specifications
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Clean work area
What You Should Have, as a Tooler:
- Minimum of 1 year in a wood production shop or construction experience required
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Physically capable of performing the essential duties and responsibilities of the position including regular lifting and carrying of 5-23 kgs
In Return, You Will Receive:
- $20/hour + 4% vacation pay accrued
- Lots of overtime available
- Paid weekly, every Friday 1 week behind
- Access to a Vertical Representative Monday to Friday 8am to 11pm and on weekends
The Shift You Will Be Working is:
- Day Shift
- Monday to Friday
- 7am to 4pm
