Our automotive client is currently seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to temporarily join their team in North West Calgary. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, supporting daily administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service in a busy automotive repair environment. Experience or knowledge of the automotive industry would be considered an asset but is not required. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a hands-on environment, and are comfortable balancing customer service with administrative responsibilities, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily reception and front-desk operations
Greet customers and provide friendly, skilled service
Answer customer inquiries and communicate directly with clients regarding their needs
Provide general administrative and office support
Prepare, organize, and maintain paperwork and documentation
Assist with invoicing and other administrative billing tasks
Support sales activities and customer service inquiries
Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the business




Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area

Requirements:
Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service, or a similar role is preferred
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Robust customer service skills and a professional, friendly approach
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable handling paperwork, invoicing, and general administrative duties
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy setting
Basic knowledge of the automotive industry would be considered an asset but is not required
Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed
