Your Responsibilities

Provide benefit enrollment materials and help determine eligibility.

Answer incoming customer service calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team.

Return calls and follow up on client requests.

Explain coverage options while keeping each client’s needs and best interests in mind.





Use our Needs Analysis system to identify coverage needs and explain personalized policy options.

Work closely with management to stay informed about products, services, and company policies.
