Introduction

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to support an upcoming client engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform, robust technical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders in a remote workplace.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Demonstrated hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Experience configuring, developing, or supporting ServiceNow solutions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote setting.
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, business rules, and client scripts.
Experience with Flow Designer, integrations, APIs, or workflow automation.




Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Support the configuration, development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions.
Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to support platform enhancements.
Configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, and automation as required.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with client requirements.
Follow established development practices, documentation standards, and quality assurance procedures.
Assist with testing, deployment, and ongoing platform improvements.
