Pursuit, based at the remote Columbia Icefields in Jasper National Park, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all back‑of‑house culinary operations across Banquets, Restaurants, and Attractions. This on‑site role requires delivering a high‑quality, differentiated food program in a unique mountain setting.
You will partner with the General Manager on budgets and forecasts, manage Executive Sous Chefs, control food and labor costs, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are upheld.
