We operate four retail locations in Quebec and have a strong online presence through our website goldenelitedeco.com. To expand our product offerings and enhance customer experience, we are looking to hire a dedicated Supplier Relations Specialist.

As a Dropship Supplier Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing relationships with suppliers to support our expanding marketplace. This role will involve identifying and vetting potential suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring quality and reliability across our product lines including furniture, outdoor decor, and other home and garden items.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential suppliers for recent product categories.

Negotiate contracts and terms to secure the best deals.

Maintain and manage ongoing supplier relationships.

Ensure quality control and reliability of supplied products.

Coordinate with the website management team to integrate supplier inventory.

Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Monitor market trends and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.





Minimum of 2 years experience in supplier management or procurement.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
