We are looking for a Project Manager to join a recognized, internationally established and rapidly growing pharmaceutical company. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects that support operational excellence, process optimization, and the achievement of business objectives. You will work closely with various functions, including Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D;, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial Operations, to ensure effective project execution while meeting timelines, budgets, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the execution of strategic and business-critical projects involving multiple functions across the organization.
- Coordinate teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to established parameters.
- Develop and maintain project charters, timelines, budgets,



risk management plans, and performance indicators.
- Monitor KPIs and project outcomes to promote accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and requirements, including cGMP, FDA, Health Canada, EMA, and ICH guidelines.
- Support operational process optimization initiatives, including production workflows, documentation practices, and system implementations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Commercial Operations teams to ensure effective management of project resources and costs.
- Conduct post-project reviews, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.
