You'll also create impactful presentations for executive stakeholders and manage special projects designed to address critical business challenges. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic planning through market and performance analysis
- Collaborate with teams to align strategic initiatives and OKRs




- Craft presentations for the executive management and Board of Directors
- Conduct assessments on business opportunities and risks
- Support the rollout of CAE's OKR program for the organization

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2 to 5 years of analytical experience
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
