accountable and able to collaborate with others Thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to demonstrate a high level of organization while working in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and communication skills High attention to detail Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality management position DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure excellent guest experiences Assist in coaching and mentoring a great team while being involved in decisions for the store Commit to a high stand product with food and beverage programs Help to mentor and train employees on a regular basis Administrative tasks as required COMPENSATION Total compensation ranging from $60,000 -$75,000, inclusive of salary, gratuities and performance-based bonus opportunities 10 days paid vacation Industry leading 60% food & beverage manager discount available company-wide at all Hudsons Canada's Pub and Greta Bar locations Health Benefit Package inclusive of dental, critical illness, life insurance, paramedical, out of country emergency medical, prescription drugs (after a 3-month full time probationary period has been completed) Performance based bonus program Duty meals BENEFITS AND PERKS Head office support and mentorship from our marketing, finance, and human resources departments Development and career advancement opportunities The opportunity to be a part of a one-of-a-kind concept A cover letter is not required, but highly encouraged.
