Opportunity knocks:

We're looking for a Delivery Lead with strong TechnologyOne HRP experience to lead customer implementations and configurations while guiding and supporting a team of consultants.

This hands-on leadership role combines deep HR and payroll expertise with responsibility for consultant development, customer delivery and the growth of the HRP practice.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor HRP consultants, supporting their performance and career development.
- Oversee TechnologyOne HRP engagements from discovery and design through to implementation and support handover.
- Guide solution design and configuration across payroll, HR processes and CiAnywhere.
- Coordinate testing, data migration, training and go-live, including payroll parallel runs and reconciliations.
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve delivery issues.




- Improve delivery standards, tools and knowledge sharing across the practice.

About you:

- At least three years experience in TechnologyOne HRP implementation and consulting.
- Strong HR and payroll knowledge, with experience delivering end-to-end implementations.
- Experience leading, coaching or mentoring consultants.
- Strong communication, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

TechnologyOne HRP experience is essential.
