YSM is searching for a seasoned Director of People & Culture to guide their HR strategy. The position requires extensive knowledge in compensation, performance management, and training development, while fostering a healthy workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee annual operational plans for HR

Requirements:
• 10+ years HR experience, CHRL/CHRE preferred
