Long View Systems is seeking a French bilingual Global Service Desk Analyst to support our Integrated Global Services team across Canada. You will provide Tier I IT and communications support, document issues, and work with a diverse global client base to ensure service excellence.

You will analyze symptoms, prioritize incidents, and coordinate with Tier II when needed, while contributing to ongoing process improvements in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
