Thunder Bay Pulp & Paper (TBPP) seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to align people strategies with mill objectives and drive protected, reliable performance. You will partner with leaders, shape workforce plans, and diagnose organizational needs to improve effectiveness.

You will operate with autonomy, influence leaders, and report to the Director of Human Resources, supporting labor relations and engagement across the organization.
