Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Department Manager to lead our Supplements team at our Woodbridge location. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage and develop staff, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will also play a key role in educating customers and staff about natural supplements, helping them make informed decisions to support their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Train staff on product knowledge, customer engagement, and how to tailor recommendations based on individual needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, providing support and guidance to your team.
- Develop and manage work schedules to ensure optimal staffing and productivity.
- Champion a high standard of customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and informed.
- Effectively merchandise promotional programs to maximize sales within the department.
- Oversee purchasing and inventory management to ensure accurate and efficient ordering.
- Serve as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when required, overseeing store operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a VSB (Vitamins, Supplements, and Body Care)

- Strong sales skills with a passion for helping customers find the right health solutions.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends.
- Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Woodbridge, ON before starting work.
