Key Responsibilities:
• Administer SaaS tools, managing users and licenses
• Manage access requests and maintain SSO configurations
• Run onboarding and offboarding IT processes efficiently
• Oversee the laptop fleet,
ensuring security compliance
• Provide first-line support to teammates for IT issues
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in IT administration or operations
• Proven expertise in automation and workflow tools
• Hands-on experience with macOS device management
• Solid admin knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks
