Responsibilities — concrete deliverables on a daily basis

- Ensure complete accounting operations related to real estate with a retail reality (revenues, expenses, and current accounting follow-ups).

- Produce the required accounting analyses and follow-ups to support the management of the retail-oriented real estate portfolio.

- Coordinate accounting closing activities and deliver reliable and consistent financial information.

- Operate and maintain records in Yardi, ensuring data accuracy and quality of entries.





- Collaborate closely with the team to align operational needs and accounting requirements in a dynamic context.

Profile sought — essential requirements and collaboration style

- Hold a degree in accounting (DEC or bachelor's).

- Have 3 years of accounting experience, with confirmed experience in real estate related to retail.

- Master all accounting aspects related to real estate and the retail sector.

- Use professional French at work (English-speaking profile accepted if French is professional).

- Adopt a team approach and a positive collaboration style, aligned with friendly and supportive management.
