TEAM - TAKING MEASUREMENTS - ON-SITE SOLUTIONS

Are you looking for a job in the construction industry where you’ll be in control of your schedule, where you’ll put your problem-solving skills to work, and where you’ll work with a dynamic team?!

Great, keep reading! We’ve got just what you need!

Groupe Sani-Tech is a construction subcontractor. We manufacture and distribute architectural products (bathroom fixtures, locker room lockers, wall protection, and restroom partitions) for buildings. We’ve even been the largest in our field in Quebec for over 50 years. Not bad, right?! Our 60 employees will tell you: it’s a really great place to spend 40 hours a week!

Check out this link to learn more.

- Start and end your day on a flexible schedule, but you’ll need to be an early riser -construction sites start early!;
- Take every Friday afternoon off;
- Enjoy 3 weeks of vacation to relax (starting from day one);
- Allow yourself to get sick (but not too much!) and plan for your retirement thanks to our insurance, RRSP, sick leave, employee and family assistance program, and 24/7 telemedicine;
- Enjoy a bonus paid out just before the holidays to treat yourself a little more;
- Participate in our getaways, volleyball tournament, golf outing, and summer BBQ;
- Do some work from home to avoid traffic;
- Go on a trip with the gang. Last December, we went to Paris;
- And more (yes, really!)

There’s still a bit of work to do, too, such as:

- Working closely with the project management team;
- Taking very exact measurements on construction sites for the various products we distribute;
- Conducting site progress visits;
- Submitting daily reports on measurements or work progress;
- Resolving site-related issues and proposing solutions to improve the situation with carpenters and clients;
- Communicating with site foremen and conducting work follow-up visits;
- Occasionally acting as a site representative;
- Actively contributing to the company’s objectives while promoting improvements in work methods.

Requirements

- College diploma in architecture (DEC) or vocational diploma in carpentry and joinery (DEP)
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the construction and site management field

- Be a proactive, solution-oriented person
- Maintain positive relationships with clients
- Functional English and French, both spoken and written
