Promote Oldham's products and services, while effectively advising each customer on the solutions best suited to their needs.

Oldham is looking for a sales representative to develop and maintain lasting relationships with our customers.

Responsible for promoting our products and services to industrial, commercial and institutional customers, this person must be able to analyze needs, propose adapted solutions, write quotations and follow up with current and potential customers. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach and a good technical understanding of power systems.

Coordinate the various tasks involved in receiving and shipping materials.

Inspect, correct and classify incoming parts.

Report missing or damaged merchandise.

Validate receipt of material delivered by truck using a checklist and a receipt form.

Participate in production operations.

Unload and load steel onto trucks; operate forklift and other mechanical handling equipment.

Keep track of parts.





Store materials in appropriate locations.

Perform all other related tasks.

Qualifications required

DES

Experience in steel fabrication and crane operation

Forklift truck operator’s card

Knowledge of steel products (an asset)

Permanent full-time position (40 hours/week)
