As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will help ensure the availability, performance, and resilience of GIRO’s hosting services. You will also act as a Level 3 technical expert, supporting Project teams with complex issues related to delivery tools used by self-hosted clients.

Monitor and improve the availability, performance, and resilience of production environments;

Diagnose complex incidents, contribute to service recovery, and perform root cause analyses;

Automate recurring operations and develop tools to reduce manual work and the risk of errors;

Provide Level 3 expertise to Project teams on delivery tools and processes for self-hosted clients;

Collaborate with Project, Development, Platform, Cloud, DBA/DBRE, Architecture, and Security teams to improve solution reliability and operability;





3 to 7 years of relevant experience in SRE, Cloud operations, DevOps, or a similar technical role;

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments and concepts related to networking, identity, and security;
- Ability to collaborate with multiple technical teams and communicate clearly during incidents or complex technical situations;
- Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to continuously improving service reliability and efficiency.
