This position demands proactive communication and organization in a high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Adjudicate mortgage applications within authority limits
- Build strong relationships with mortgage brokers and partners




- Ensure due diligence for mortgage conditions
- Prepare and issue mortgage commitments promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of mortgage underwriting experience
- Completed post-secondary education or equivalent work
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of PC software in a Windows environment
