Join Aon's Construction & Infrastructure team and help deliver innovative Surety and SDI solutions for some of Canada's leading contractors and infrastructure organizations!

This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity. As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.

As part of Aon's industry-leading Construction & Infrastructure practice, you will serve as a trusted advisor to contractor and corporate clients, helping them develop and execute Surety and Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI) strategies that support their operational and growth objectives. Reporting to the National Performance Security Leader, you will manage a portfolio of sophisticated accounts while partnering with clients, sureties, insurers and colleagues across Aon's broader network to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Managing bond requests, policy documentation, renewals and account servicing activities while ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.

Supporting claims-related matters by coordinating with internal specialists and carrier or surety claims teams.

Participating in proposals, RFP responses, prospect meetings and industry events to support growth objectives.

Collaborating with client executives, claims professionals, analytics teams and account colleagues to deliver integrated solutions.

Sharing market intelligence and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.

As part of Aon's global platform, you'll have access to extensive technical resources, market relationships, professional development opportunities and cooperative specialists who help deliver innovative solutions for clients every day. Drawing on the role description and similar Aon C&I; opportunities, the position combines technical expertise, client leadership and growth potential within a highly specialized practice.

Strong knowledge of contract and commercial Surety, SDI programs, contractor financial analysis, credit evaluation and underwriting principles.

Proven track record to build trusted client relationships, negotiate with sureties and insurers, and manage complex accounts.

Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and related business tools.
