of the teams involved;* Monitor the testing strategy during ServiceNow updates and upgrades;* Collaborate with cybersecurity, vulnerability management, infrastructure and operations teams;* Ensure alignment with ServiceNow, CSDM, and ITIL guidance.**The profile we are looking for is as follows:*** Possess a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent training/experience;* Have a minimum of four (4) years of experience in IT/Software product management or any other relevant experience and/or a Product Owner (PO) role* Have knowledge of Agile methodologies in a context of transformation of delivery methods;* Know JIRA and Confluence;* Experience as a Product Owner or ServiceNow Product Manager;* Have real-world experience with Service Graph integrations and CMDB;* Understanding the Identification and Reconciliation Rules (IRE);* Be aware of ServiceNow Discovery and data governance best practices;* Have solid skills in stakeholder management, prioritization and strategy.
