As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’re not just making calls—you are the front line of our growth engine. You'll prospect, engage, and open doors across film, TV, broadcasting, and tech to scale our enterprise pipeline.

MASV is the high-speed file transfer platform built for global media workflows. We give creators, studios, and enterprise companies the ability to move massive files anywhere in the world, securely and at top speed. We operate with a bias for action, zero fluff, and a relentless focus on delivering real value to our customers.

Proactive Prospecting: Map, target, and expand into key target accounts across film, TV production, broadcasting, and global media agencies.

High-Impact Outreach: Craft compelling, highly personalized multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, tailored video) that capture attention and drive conversions.

Inbound and new user qualification & development by uncovering key operational bottlenecks, articulating MASV’s value proposition with precision, and qualifying top-tier mid-market & enterprise opportunities.





Partner directly with Sales and Marketing to execute account-based strategies and convert target enterprise prospects.

Pipeline Management: Maintain pristine data integrity and maximize up-to-date sales intelligence tools to streamline high-volume outreach.

Maintain a consistent volume of targeted contacts per day across email, video, phone, and direct engagement.

A competitive base salary of $70,000-80,000 CAD/year, dependent on applicant qualifications, with additional performance-based variable compensation
