As a Product Manager in our Fintech pillar, you will take ownership of key features that power our financial services experience. You’ll turn business strategy into high-impact products, working autonomously with engineering and analytics to build scalable, high-quality solutions. You won't just execute a roadmap—you will help shape it, measure its success, and continuously advocate for our users.
Location: Alberta ( Remote)
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
Partner with Product Leads and stakeholders to translate business goals into a clear, prioritized product backlog. Drive Agile ceremonies, define clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and remove operational blockers to deliver features at a steady, high-quality pace.
Data & Impact Focus: Define key performance metrics (KPIs) for your product area. Leverage quantitative data and qualitative insights to validate hypotheses, track feature success,



and drive continuous product enhancements.
Maintain transparent, clear communication to keep stakeholders aligned, manage risks, and navigate dependencies.
Proven PM Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager, preferably within Fintech, or high-scale digital products.
Data-Informed Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to establish success metrics, interpret analytics, and combine data with user feedback to make smart product trade-offs.
Technical & Agile Acumen: Strong fluency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and comfortable working closely with engineers to discuss technical trade-offs, scope, and system constraints.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate feature vision clearly to both technical teams and non-technical business partners.
