We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join the team at our lovely store in buzzy London Waterloo.

There will also be opportunities to pick up extra shifts at this and other Postmark stores.

Please note - As this role will involve opening the shop and occasionally working alone you must be 18 years or older to apply for this position. Fluency in English is also a must.

Greeting customers warmly who enter the shop

Merchandising to ensure the shop floor looks its best and has a great selection of products, especially bestsellers, available.

Answering queries from customers.

Keeping the store tidy and clean

Assisting in receiving deliveries and stocking the store.

Working as part of a team to achieve store objectives and create a positive work setting.

The personal skills that we look for at Postmark:

Strong customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.

Enthusiasm for learning about products and sharing this knowledge with customers.

Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
