OEM Parts Purchaser Our Corporate Head Office is seeking a full time OEM Parts Buyer. The right candidate will be researching parts, ensuring proper approval internally and from manufacturer/supplier, working with warranty for pre-approvals, ordering parts and monitoring parts orders. You’ll also need excellent people skills when dealing with customers and internal staff. Create and modify purchase orders
Issue purchase orders to appropriate vendor to order parts
Create special ordered parts on dealership computer system and notify ASM, technician or client upon receipt
Compare invoices against requisitions to verify quality and quantity of merchandise received
Keep records of outside purchases and parts received and issued




20.00 - $25.00 hourly depending on experience with IDS (ERP System), the RV industry and the parts ordering process.
