Our FYidoctors Lower Sackville clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy!

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a energetic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email

Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care

Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments





Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience

Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required

Previous retail experience is considered an asset

Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
