As one of our Winter Heavy Equipment Operators, you will blend your professional winter experience with your eye for detail and health and safety. Our Light Equipment Operators handle high-traffic and complex sites, ensuring every one meets our strict quality standards.
Operate equipment including, but not limited to, loaders / skid steers, telehandlers, AG tractors,



or pickup trucks with snowplows to explicit snow and ice from designated areas.
Maintain clean sites, ensuring no property or equipment damage.
Respond to emergency calls for snow removal
Perform various snow removal and de-icing tasks as required
Complete site and equipment documentation
Conduct daily inspections of assigned vehicles and equipment and report any issues, damages, etc.
Provide friendly, helpful, and professional customer service to clients as required by Management
Minimum 3 years of practical experience in a snow removal role
One or more years of winter heavy equipment experience
Work outdoors in many different conditions. (Travel (between job sites, etc.)
We do not use Artificial Intelligence to screen, assess and/or select applicants.
