The firm advises a sophisticated client base composed of financial institutions, private lenders, investment funds and businesses on strategic transactions and complex financing matters.

As a Banking & Financial Services Lawyer, you will work on a broad range of matters involving commercial lending, secured financing, restructurings and strategic financial transactions.
Advise financial institutions,



lenders and businesses on financing transactions
Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents and financing documentation
Participate in due diligence reviews related to financings and acquisitions
Collaborate with business law, insolvency and tax groups
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in banking and financial services law
Significant experience in commercial lending and complex financial transactions
Strong negotiation, drafting and strategic skills
Good understanding of corporate and financial matters
Bilingualism in French and English
