You'll solve complex technical challenges, influence architectural decisions, and drive the delivery of scalable, reliable software that has a real-world impact. Working alongside talented engineers and cross-functional teams, you'll help shape the technical direction of our platform while mentoring others and raising the engineering bar.**What you will do:*** Design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems and microservices.* Lead the technical design and implementation of complex features and platform capabilities.* Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.* Drive architectural decisions across APIs, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and microservices.* Evaluate technical trade-offs to balance scalability, reliability,
