As part of the collaborative team at FYidoctors, you will greet patients, educate them on eyewear options, and aid in frame selection. Your expertise in interpreting optical prescriptions and measuring for proper eyewear fit will ensure optimal value and performance for patients. You'll also coordinate appointments and manage billing and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients in person, by phone, and via email
• Educate patients on eyewear tailored to their needs
• Interpret optical prescriptions provided by optometrists




• Perform frame and facial measurements for proper fit
• Manage billing and process payments for patients
Requirements:
• Previous optical or retail experience preferred
• Proficient with technology and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
