- Salary: (CA$18.25 per hour plus gratuities, historically averaging approximately $7/hour)

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Server / Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will combine attentive table service with bartending skills to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

What you’ll do:

- Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, enter them into the POS system, and process payments.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, daily specials, and beverages to answer questions and make recommendations.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Set up, stock, clean, and maintain the bar, dining areas, and service stations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Follow responsible alcohol service, food safety, hygiene,



and workplace safety standards, and assist with opening, closing, and other operational duties as needed.

What we need from you:

- Previous experience as a Server and Bartender in a full-service restaurant; high-volume experience is an asset.
- Valid authorization to work in Canada and a valid Serving It Right certification.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of cocktails, beverage preparation, food and beverage service, and responsible alcohol service.
- Valuable command of English and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 25 lbs, and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
